dc.description	O presente estudo tem o objetivo de analisar o status jurídico que os animais são inseridos. Especificamente, o estudo buscou: 1) Discorrer sobre as repercussões nos tribunais sobre a guarda compartilhada. 2) Realizar a caracterização da visitação à luz dos entendimentos que crescem gradativamente com a importância do animal no âmbito doméstico. 3) Averiguar o resguardo referente a personificação jurídica, que vem mudando sua definição atualmente equiparado a coisa, conforme código civil e estabelecendo ser senciente, mudança essa que é um empenho vivenciado por estudiosos, ONGS e simpatizantes pela causa que defende a ideologia no âmbito de sujeito de direito. O trabalho tem a finalidade de apresentar a relevante posição dos animais e a busca da solidariedade,carecendo de garantias de justiça e de preservação de sua integridade física e emocional, juntamente o seu direito de dignidade diante da integração no seio familiar.	pt_BR
dc.description.abstract	This study aims to analyze the legal status of which are inserted. Specifically, the study sought to: 1) Discuss the repercussions in courts of shared custody of animals 2) Perform the characterization of visitation in light of the understandings that gradually grow with the importance of the animal in the domestic sphere. 3) Verify the safeguard regarding the legal personification, which has been changing its definition actively, equating the thing, according to civil code and establishing being sentient, a change that is a commitment experienced by scholars, NGOs and sympathizers for the cause that defends ideology within the subject of the law. According to the observations of the whole problem presented, the relevant position of the animals and the search for solidarity were verified, lacking guarantees of right to dignity in the face of integration within the breast familiar.	pt_BR
